KNOW

We Understand Ministry Formation

Mosaic Christian College was built around many of the same values that have shaped YWAM and University of the Nations students around the world.

For more than a decade, we partnered with Master's Commission International, a ministry-based discipleship and leadership training network focused on practical ministry experience, spiritual formation, evangelism, worship, and hands-on ministry development.

Because of that history, we deeply understand students who have invested their lives into ministry training, missions, discipleship, worship, leadership development, and real-world service experiences.

We believe meaningful education is not limited to classrooms alone. Some of the most transformative learning happens while serving in ministry, leading teams, discipling others, engaging cross-culturally, and living out the Gospel in everyday life.

That is why we created flexible pathways designed specifically for students who have already received significant ministry formation and want to continue building toward regionally accredited educational opportunities without losing the value of what they have already completed.

SEE

A Flexible Pathway Designed for Ministry Leaders

Students do not have to abandon the ministry formation they have already received in order to pursue regionally accredited educational opportunities.

Through our partnership structure with Kairos University, students may continue building toward accredited undergraduate degrees while remaining in active ministry contexts and utilizing flexible, ministry-centered learning pathways.

Mosaic Christian College was intentionally designed to serve:

  • active ministry leaders,

  • missionaries,

  • discipleship students,

  • worship leaders,

  • church staff,

  • and students serving in practical ministry environments around the world.

Rather than requiring students to fit within traditional educational structures, our pathway was created to support students already engaged in ministry, leadership development, missions, and discipleship training.

Designed for Real-World Ministry Contexts

Our pathway was created for students actively serving in ministry, missions, discipleship, worship, leadership development, and cross-cultural environments. Rather than forcing students to pause their calling, we provide flexible opportunities to continue building toward regionally accredited educational advancement while remaining engaged in practical ministry service.

  • Students who have completed a UofN degree may apply for Prior Learning Assessment opportunities to help validate previous ministry and leadership learning experiences

  • Qualified students may potentially reduce their remaining coursework requirements to as few as 10 courses through the combined transfer and PLA process

  • Continue toward a regionally accredited Bachelor of Arts in Leadership or Bachelor of Arts in Christian Thought and Practice through our Kairos University partnership
