TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES

Mosaic Christian College provides technology support to help students access and successfully participate in the College's online learning environment. Because all programs are delivered through the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), technology support is an important part of the student experience.
 

Technology support is available for:

  • Accessing courses and learning resources

  • Login, account, and password assistance

  • Assignment submission and course navigation

  • Technical issues affecting participation in online learning

  • Access to institutional resources and student services

  • Browser, device, and software compatibility questions

  • General troubleshooting related to MCC technology systems

 

Technology Requirements

 

Students should maintain access to:

  • Reliable internet service

  • A current web browser

  • A computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device capable of accessing online course materials

  • Software capable of viewing PDF documents and multimedia content
