Introduction
The 2025 Annual Institutional Review Report provides a comprehensive evaluation of institutional effectiveness at Mosaic Christian College (MCC). This review reflects a year of continued academic refinement, improved student outcomes, strengthened communication, and stable financial stewardship. While enrollment experienced a modest decrease, student satisfaction, retention, and academic performance continued to improve. The institution remained focused on enhancing instructional quality, strengthening assessment practices, and supporting student success through intentional improvements across all operational areas.

Enrollment decreased moderately from the previous year as the institution continued to emphasize academic expectations and student engagement. Retention improved as a result of stronger communication, clearer course structure, and more intentional student support.

Students who remained enrolled demonstrated higher levels of consistency, participation, and academic performance.

Participation in professional development increased modestly, particularly among leadership.

Student satisfaction improved again in 2025, reflecting ongoing enhancements in course delivery, communication, and student support. Students reported greater clarity in expectations, improved navigation of course materials, and more consistent interaction with faculty and staff. Expanded advising efforts and stronger onboarding processes contributed to improved retention and student confidence.
