Graduation Application Process

Students who have completed all coursework may apply for graduation at any time. Graduation processing typically takes 3-4 weeks after payment is received.

HOW TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION
 

  1. Fill Out the Graduation Application
     

    • Complete the Graduation Application Form through the MCC Student Portal or the Registrar’s Office.

    • Ensure all personal and degree program information is accurate.
       

  2. Pay the Graduation Fee

    • A non-refundable $100 graduation fee is required at the time of application.

    • This fee covers the diploma and diploma cover.
       

  3. Application Confirmation

    • The Registrar’s Office will verify that all coursework is complete and that there are no outstanding financial obligations.

    • Students will receive an email confirmation once their application is approved.
       

  4. Diploma Processing & Mailing

    • A diploma request will be sent to MCC’s printing service.

    • The printer will mail the diploma and cover directly to the student within 3-4 weeks after payment is processed.

 

Important Notes

  • Students must complete all coursework before applying.

  • Graduation applications will not be processed until the fee is paid in full.

  • Diplomas are mailed directly from our printer—MCC does not distribute diplomas.

  • Students can request official transcripts from the Registrar’s Office.
