Mosaic Christian College (MCC) Stripe Fulfillment Policy

At Mosaic Christian College (MCC), we strive to provide our students with clear and concise policies regarding tuition payments and transactions processed through Stripe, our payment processing partner. Please carefully review the following fulfillment policy, which outlines important details regarding your tuition payments and related financial transactions.
 
1. Non-Refundable Tuition Payments
All tuition payments made to MCC are non-refundable. We allocate these funds directly to the operational costs associated with delivering quality education and resources to our students. By making a tuition payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
 
2. Cancellation of Tuition Payments
Students have the flexibility to cancel their tuition payments at any time. Cancellation can be easily done through two avenues for your convenience:

  • Directly on the Student Portal: Log in to your student account on the MCC portal, where you can manage and cancel your tuition payments.

  • By contacting MCC: If you prefer, you can also cancel your tuition payment by reaching out to us directly at info@gomosaic.college or through any contact method provided on our official website.


3. Credit Card Information Security
MCC does not retain possession of a student's credit card information. All payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring your financial data is protected and never held by MCC. This practice is part of our commitment to your privacy and security.
 
4. Refund Requests for Non-Tuition Payments
While tuition payments are non-refundable, there may be other transactions for which a refund could be considered. If you have made a payment to MCC for anything other than tuition and believe you are entitled to a refund, we require that such requests be made in writing prior to initiating any disputes or contacting Stripe or any other entities. Please send your detailed request, including the reasons for your refund claim, to the WCBCS office at info@gomosaic.college. We will review your request and respond as swiftly as possible.

Agreement
By making a payment to MCC through Stripe, you agree to the terms outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to ensure a smooth and transparent financial process for all our students.
